Service | Capability |
Whole Genome Sequencing | Using 100ng of total DNA from FFPE, fresh-frozen tissue, blood, or saliva, large and small variants across the whole genome can be captured. Fast turnaround times with FASTQ deliverable and tertiary analysis upon request. |
---|---|
JAX SomaSeq RUO | Using FFPE blocks or slides, the test reports on 517 cancer related genes for assessment of all DNA and RNA variants such as CNVs, copy number variants, indels, and fusions using NGS. Fast turn around time with FASTQ deliverable and tertiary analysis available upon request. |
The JAX APML offers two types of array services. We use cutting edge technologies and equipment to provide high quality data to all of our customers. Tertiary analysis is available upon request for these services and we are happy to work with researchers and their teams to ensure all needs are met. If there is an array service of interest that is not listed below, please inquire with us by reaching out to [email protected]. The Jackson Laboratory works diligently to ensure customer needs are met and we are happy to discuss project proposals. To inquire about pricing, please submit an inquiry form.

Infinium Global Diversity Array |
Using DNA from cells or fresh frozen tissue, samples will be bisulfite converted, hybridized, affixed to a beadchip and stained. The 8-sample BeadChip features exceptional coverage of clinical research variants associated with disease and pharmacogenetics. The GDA is built on high density SNP global backbone optimized for cross-population imputation coverage of the genome. |
---|---|
JAX OncoMethyl Array RUO |
Using FFPE blocks or slides, extracted DNA will undergo bisulfite conversion. Converted DNA undergoes whole genome amplification and is processed using the Infinium MethylationEPIC Array. The machine learning algorithm used allows for classification of CNS tumors. |
APML offers a variety of molecular biology techniques. Each service has a plethora of capabilities that can aid in advancing research. Tertiary analysis for ddPCR, STR, and qPCR is available upon request. To inquire about pricing, please submit an inquiry form.
